Our client, a retail company in Goleta, CA, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support their team in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the office.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and direct calls as needed.Greet and assist customers with a welcoming attitude.Maintain cleanliness in the showroom, office, and restrooms.Support team members with various clerical tasks to enhance overall productivity.Utilize computerized systems for efficient document management and communication.Skills:
Strong customer service skills.Proficient in computer applications.Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple tasks effectively.Experience in calendar management to optimize scheduling for team members.Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.Pay and Shift:
Days: Monday to FridayHours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PMPay Rate: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
