Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle ticketing system including create, follow up, reporting Support initiatives associated with on-site events Conduct daily walkthroughs of the studio ensuring peak presentation (tidiness, supply check and cleanliness) Support Workplace Specialist, events manager and Ricoh site manager for on-site programs, services, meetings and events; responsible for signage and graphics Support concierge and Company store Restocking and ordering of stationery for copy areas including all supplies. Support events programming: daily set up/tear down. Support Workplace Experience team on various items, including delegated tasks and projects. Assist other Ricoh service areas when needed as directed from Ricoh Manager and Assistant ManagerQualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent work experienceSkills:
Exemplary customer service skills. Previous shipping and receiving experience will be an advantage. Mobile and flexible to accommodate requests. High level of pride for workplace appearance. Proactively sees and acts upon opportunities for workplace improvements. Strong communication skills ~ verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and collaborative work style required. Dependable and accountable. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Able to prioritize and deal effectively with numerous deadlines and constantly changing priorities.
