Administrative Assistant
**Employment Type:** Part time **Shift:** **Description:** **Administrative Assistant: Part time** Under general supervision, this role provides essential administrative and clerical support to assigned staff members. Responsibilities include handling documentation, data processing, report generation, meeting scheduling, maintaining office files, and managing office supplies and equipment. This position also involves screening and prioritizing phone calls and mail, editing outgoing correspondence, and coordinating schedules.
