Administrative Assistant
Description We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to assist in driving the company’s growth through strategic projects, business presentations, and client meetings. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in **Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese** and proficient in **Excel** and **Power BI** for data analysis and reporting. This individual will work closely with senior leadership, attend business meetings, and create compelling presentations to support decision-making and business expansion initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - **Project Management**: Lead and support business development projects from inception to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. - **Business Presentations**: Develop and deliver high-quality **PowerPoint presentations** for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing key business insights and project progress. - **Meeting Participation**: Attend client and business meetings alongside senior executives to assist in negotiations, discussions, and relationship management. - **Data Analysis**: Utilize **Excel** and **Power BI** to analyze business data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to inform strategy and business decisions. - **Market Research**: Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities, clients, or partners to support growth initiatives. - **Relationship Building**: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and service. - **Multilingual Support**: Use bilingual skills (Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese) to communicate effectively with international clients and partners, translating business documents and presentations as necessary.
