Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Bilingual Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in Los Angeles, California. This role primarily revolves around providing excellent customer service, overseeing building maintenance, managing office supplies, and coordinating with the IT department. As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will be expected to continually ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office operations.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, clients, callers, and staff. • Oversee and manage building maintenance needs and facilitate facilities requests. • Handle the ordering of office and program supplies for the Wellness Center. • Coordinate with the IT department to manage all office equipment. • Keep track of office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. • Assist in the development of office policies and procedures and ensure their proper implementation. • Provide support in the area of Medication Support Services which includes but is not limited to managing schedule and keeping supplies ready. • Ensure proper inventorying of supplies. • Handle inbound and outbound calls, data entry, and email correspondence. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word is required. • Schedule appointments as necessary. Requirements • Bilingual in Spanish and English • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records • Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally • Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work • Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary • detail oriented demeanor and respect for confidentiality.
