Administrative Assistant
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The role is in the data training industry, where you will be using data to train models for tasks like image classification, speech recognition, and market forecasting. You will be working in an office environment, where your responsibilities will include managing customer service and administrative tasks. Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally • Schedule appointments and manage office administration tasks • Use Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to maintain customer records and perform other tasks • Process paperwork, including customer credit applications and billing documents • Assist customers in understanding service requests and provide explanations when necessary • Use forecasting techniques for market forecasting tasks • Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service request management • Handle materials and documents, including scanning and specification tasks • Use the 'About Time' software for various tasks • Contribute to procurement processes and tasks. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook • Experience in customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction • Ability to schedule appointments and manage schedules effectively • Familiarity with billing and paperwork procedures • Experience in procurement and forecasting • Ability to handle materials and scan documents • Proficiency in Service Request Management • Experience in onsite office administration • Ability to type a reasonable Words Per Minute (WPM) rate • Experience in handling and resolving complaints • Capability to provide clear explanations to customers and team members • Knowledge of 'About Time' software is advantageous • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification • Previous experience in training staff or customers • Ability to assist customers effectively and professionally Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
