Weyerhaeuser is searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Strategy and Technology (ST) team. As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Timberlands ST staff located in the South and Northeast regions of the United States as well as direct support to ST Directors and Southern Managers. You will also manage specific assignments at the organization level and provideday-to-day administrative support to help facilitate and ensure safe and efficient operations. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
This is a full time, non-exempt position, based in our Tree Improvement Center in Oliver, GA, which is approximately one hour north of Savannah. This position will eventually be on a hybrid schedule with the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days a week following a successful onboarding.

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $48,175 - $72,193 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours
