Job Summary:
This role will report directly to the Platform Administrative Manager and serve as an extension to the Platform Leadership Team, providing friendly, and confidential assistance in a fast-paced environment.
As an Executive Assistant/Admin Assistant, your success in this role is dependent on your superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities is critical. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is essential for success in this role.
Your ability to anticipate executive schedules with a forward-thinking mindset while simultaneously offering input and ideas for efficiencies will establish you as a trusted partner.
This role will also serve to support the Platform Advisory/Executive Leadership team as a key coordinator of team activities, communications, and overall being a key partner to the team.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the Platform Managing Partner and Advisory/Executive Leadership through calendar and email management, scheduling appointments, and setting up internal and external meetingsHelping the Platform Managing Partner with project management, communication, and prioritizing tasksCoordinating a variety of meetings, events, or programs, which may comprise of managing logistics, scheduling, and calendars, preparing, and distributing meeting materials, taking meeting minutes, managing attendee lists, and coordinating room reservations and/or catering needsDraft and finalize PowerPoint presentations and other correspondence as neededParticipate in team meetings and attend other meetings and training as requiredShare ideas for continuous improvement and cost savingsCoordinate and participate in event planning activities*This description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management*

Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing Executive Assistant support for senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment OR a Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years’ experience providing Executive Assistant supportAdvanced knowledge and use of Microsoft OutlookStrong knowledge and use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and WordExperience with heavy calendaring involving competing schedules and plans, and the coordination of complex travel itineraries involving multiple partiesDemonstrated ability to effectively prioritize, plan, and execute Executive Assistant responsibilities in an organized and timely mannerStrong attention to detail, organization, and ability to independently troubleshoot unforeseen logistical issues.Polished presence and demonstrated ability to represent Acrisure in a professional mannerDemonstrated success organizing events varying in size and complexity including the management of event logistics, registration, and attendee trackingBenefits & Perks:

Pay Details:
