\n \n Job Description

The Administrative Assistant reports to the General Manager, this is an onsite 40 hours per week role who assists the General Manager with office, administrative and clerical functions, coordinating and scheduling, team collaboration and customer service driven are essential for success in this role.

Daily responsibilities:

\n\nWalk and inspect property, ensure property is well maintained.\nIssues violation letters to homeowners and follow-up to ensure corrected.\nMeet and greet homeowners, residents, maintenance vendors and contractors.\nRespond to inquiries in-person, by phone, and email.\nData enter and update information in the database, record and track documents and information.\nAssist in creating and managing violation letters, clubhouse rental requests.\nAssist with and schedule and coordinate maintenance vendors and contractors.\nAssist in preparing board packages, schedule monthly and annual board meetings.\nAssist with creating communications by mail and email to homeowners notifying them of maintenance onsite, and community events.\nAssist homeowners in completing architectural review forms and follow-up.\nOther project as assigned.\n\n Requirements\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent is required.\nCustomer service driven and team oriented.\nKnowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.\nStrong communication skills (written and spoken).\nMust be able to meet deadlines and multi-task.\nProactive, reliable, and dependable.\n\n
