ESG Operations, an Inframark Company is hiring an Office Coordinator to support our team that services Union Springs, AL. Responsibilities include using your customer service and organization skills to ensure work orders are created and completed on time. Every day you would coordinate tasks involving customer service, accounts payable, inventory, dispatching, work order management, and reporting.

A valid state driver’s license and ability to meet minimum driving standards is required.
Experience with Microsoft Office products is required. Additional experience with NetSuite, Concur, and UKG Workforce readey is helpful.
Working conditionsThis job operates in an industrial environment and requires time in a non-airconditioned area. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Physical requirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
