Gold Standard Diagnostics Horsham, Inc. is searching for an Administrative Assistant in Warminster, PA.

Administrative Assistants responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Support office staffAnswer phones in Professional manner and direct calls to appropriate individualsEnter customer sales orders in QuickBooks/OdooAdhere to all organizational SOPsMaintain customers files – scan and upload files to customers accountRun daily credit card paymentsProcess Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payables Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess:

Strong computer, customer service, and organizational skillsExcellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitudeAbility to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

A.S. or B.A degree requiredAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship2 Plus years of experience in Administrative Support

Schedule:

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Warminster, PA are encouraged to apply.
