Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking an entry level administrative to join our client, an industry leader testing and inspection services!
Responsibilities:
answer calls, data entry, processing invoices
+ Assist the office manager with duties relating to the the COO, CFO, Head of IT, and legal department
+ Answer calls
+ Process invoices
+ Data entry tasks
+ Communicating with C-suite
Hard Skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables & Vlookups - MUST HAVE!)
+ Basic accounting knowledge (understanding of debiting and crediting accounts; will NOT have to post to GL)
+ Retail experience at the office/store-level (helps to understand the big picture of reconciling transactions)
+ Reconciliation experience (preferably from a bank reconciliation standpoint)
Job Type
This is a contract to hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Rutherford, New Jersey and some days remote.
