Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description
This candidate will utilize software systems for parts quoting, ordering new parts, and ensuring everything is ready for the job. They will assist Service Technicians with daily issues, including parts orders and directions, and ensure there is no overlap with technicians. Most of this role involves data entry and managing the front desk. The candidate will take 8 to 10 calls a day from customers, but the majority of the role involves coordinating with the internal team on dates.
Responsibilities
+ Utilize software systems for parts quoting and ordering new parts.
+ Ensure all parts are ready for the job.
+ Assist Service Technicians with daily issues, such as parts orders and directions.
+ Ensure there is no overlap with technicians.
+ Manage data entry tasks.
+ Watch the front desk.
+ Handle 8 to 10 customer calls daily.
+ Coordinate with the internal team on scheduling and dates.
Essential Skills
+ At least one year of office experience.
+ Experience in administrative support, CSR, data entry, order entry, or office management.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal staff.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Prefer outgoing type B personality.
