Our client, a prominent manufacturer based in Oxnard, CA, is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support in a dynamic, fast-paced office setting. Key Responsibilities:
Data entry and maintenance of employee recordsSupport basic recruitment tasks and onboarding activitiesHandle employee inquiries and redirect as appropriateAssist with payroll processing and related tasksMaintain confidentiality and discretion at all timesOccasionally assist with sorting and organizing HR inventoryLight physical duties, such as lifting up to 10 lbs, as neededEnsure smooth office operations by supporting team needsQualifications:
Previous HR experience is a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) is preferredComfortable using office phone systems and standard office equipmentExcellent attention to detail with strong proofreading skillsExperience in customer service or front desk roles (e.g., medical receptionist) is a plusProficiency in office management practices and ability to multi-task effectivelyPay and Shift:
