Duties include the following:
Meet and greet, check clients in and out
Creating paper and electronic charts, scanning in documentation, verifying insurance information, updating MyEvolv for benefit assignment
Updating policy and procedure manual as regulations change, update clinician check list
Collecting Co-pays and documenting in EHR
Assigning new intake appointments and notifying clinicians, creating referral in EHR for approval, scanning in referral documentation to EHR
Notifying staff on a weekly basis of any positive toxicology's
Arrange ongoing appointment scheduling for the Doctor
SAAM attendance
Printing Toxicology screens to be facilitated, calling for lab pickup
Attaching PAS admits and PAS discharges to the EHR
Submitting Coupa statement
Keep track of daily clinic walk throughs and documentation
Facilitate Fire Drills and keep log documentation
Order clinic supplies from Maintenance and items as needed
Creating and emailing monthly facility report
Other duties assigned as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
One year of experience performing general clerical work/administrative task Possession of a High School diploma or G.E.D. Certificate. Understanding of managed care or Medicaid/Medicare, preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word, excel, outlook, etc.) required. Database management experience required. Tech savvy & proficiency in general office equipment operation required. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and writing Learn office methods, rules, policies, ordinances and resolutions Understand and carry out oral and written directions Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Customer service-oriented attitude.
