What You’ll be Doing
This is an administrative support position responsible for assisting the Director of Operations and other members of the leadership staff with daily administrative duties and data entry activities.
The selected candidates must be able to professionally and effectively communicate both written/verbally with internal and external operational members of all levels; demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment when conveying, gathering and sharing relevant information.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Manage all aspects of our visitor log, including greeting and accurately documenting all visits to the Operations department in keeping with security policies Helps manage employee access card inventory and access card replacement. This also includes temporary access cards issued to visitors. Responsible for incoming and outgoing office mail, including sorting and distributing. Maintain office supply inventory for entire operations. Performs office functions such as setting up meetings and keeping conference room(s) availability up to date. Assists in event planning of major operational initiatives. Operates independently to meet requirements of leadership team and offers expertise to assist other functions within the organization. Manage employee bulletin board. When required, greets visitors at our Service Centers courteously and answers questions Provides operational support for special projects; researches and obtains information, helps plan and ensure follow-through of assigned tasks Performs other work as required and assigned
What You Bring to the Role
Minimum one (1) year of Administrative and/or Clerical Experience. Superior skills in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent organizational skills and an aptitude for detail. Well-developed time management skills. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including correct usage of grammar and terminology. Proficiency in keyboarding/data entry. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent telephone tact and diplomacy Demonstrates Exceptional Work Habits and high level of confidentiality when required Handling of multiple tasks and responsibilities at any given time. Ability to adjust daily work schedule to meet timely deliverables.

The anticipated range is 20.14 hourly. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
