Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support a Director and their Hardware Engineering team. This position requires a tenacious self-starter who can anticipate needs & take initiative to solve problems independently. This role is to provide excellent, comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Director and their staff, and their organization. Come join us! **Description** This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of integrity and professionalism. Support including calendar management, scheduling travel, and processing expense reports Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and strong sense of professionalism. Calm under pressure, sense of humor and good with people. Demonstrates an ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react with the best interest of the business in mind. Extraordinary work ethic while balancing the needs of the team and business Building partnerships with other cross functional Admins to create, implement, and maintain strategies that help support the engineering teams. Plan, coordinate and execute internal events such as off-sites, team building events and organizational wide meetings (all hands, product launch, etc.), and building moves Point of contact for the Facilities team to troubleshoot issues in the building and escort non-team members as needed Coordinate domestic and international shipments Order and stocking snacks and office supplies using corporate card and back up support for PO submissions On-boarding new employees and training new team members Managing space planning, seating office requests for the team, and working cross functionally with other Admin leaders across Hardware Engineering, Hardware Tech, Operations, and WTE organizations Manage and execute additional team specific projects or requests as needed Building partnerships with other Admin leaders, to develop consistent standards and best practices for the organization **Minimum Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment while maintaining composure under pressure. + Ability to display a high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with people at all levels is imperative. + Very organized, has an exceptional response rate and flexibility to be available outside of business hours on occasion + Enjoys challenging calendar management tasks while prioritizing many competing requests with minimal guidance. + Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable communicating with senior executives and their teams + Interest and creativity in building team culture and fostering a positive and productive work environment + Exceptional ability to partner with others within the various engineering and administrative teams; strong collaborative and diplomatic skills **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + Calm, confident and professional during high stress situations; attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness are required + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline driven environment while maintaining composure under pressure + Ability to exercise good judgement when exposed to highly confidential information + Ability to be a teammate who can work in a collaborative environment with global teams in multiple time zones. + Efficient in Apple hardware and software, especially Calendar, Mail, Keynote, Numbers, Pages is desired + AA/AS degree is required, BA/BS degree is preferred **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** **Pay & Benefits** + At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $34.60 and $61.50/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
