The below is a position with ASPEQ Heating Group. ASPEQ Heating Group is a marketplace leader in innovative electric heating solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial markets. With a portfolio that includes baseboard, wall, unit and infrared heaters as well as ceiling fans and air circulators, we create simplified heating solutions for our complex work.

 

How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)

SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As an Administrator Assistant, you will perform clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling of meetings, filing, and support all needs of the office.  

 

What you can expect in this role (Job Responsibilities)

While each day brings new opportunities at SPX, your core responsibilities will be:

Assist the entire office in the execution of administrative functions. Manage the expense report process for ASPEQ Organization of travel and preparation of detailed itinerary in advance of trips. Screen callers and visitors. Data entry, scheduling, and opening mail. Review and answer correspondence. Maintain electronic files and produces reports. Order and maintain office supplies. Coordinate and schedule meetings. Manage the site security systems and produce employee badges Plan and arrange meetings and conference calls, ensuring appropriate technical arrangements are in place and all necessary information distributed to appropriate parties well in advance. Maintenance of files and other records as appropriate. Handle sensitive and confidential information, while exercising good judgement and maintaining high levels of integrity. Use process improvement approaches to all aspects of work; identifying and implementing efficient administrative practices and anticipating future support needs. Efficiently and expertly dealing with diverse routines and ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Required Experience

3 years relevant experience

 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent phone etiquette Customer service orientation Interact politely and professionally with customers and co-workers Ability to use a computer to communicate, create, and access information Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel

 

Education & Certifications

High school diploma or GED Vocational/technical training or certification
