Adecco is hiring immediately for an **Administrative Assistant role** with a local client in **Scranton, PA!** Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below! · **Type: Temp-to-Hire** · **Pay:** $17.00 - $18.00/HR · **Shift/Hours:** Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 6:00PM **Job Duties:** + Answering and directing phone calls + Preparing correspondence and managing emails + Copying, scanning, and faxing documents + Greeting clients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor + Handling payments and processing mail + Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar + Supporting case management to ensure timely progress **Qualifications:** + At least **two years of recent administrative experience** in a similar role + Excellent attendance and reliability—consistent work ethic is crucial for this role + Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks + Proficiency in computer navigation, data entry, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Friendly and outgoing personality—you’ll be the face of the office, providing a welcoming experience for all clients **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
