Compensation Hourly $14.00 - $16.00 Hourly + Beneifts + Paid Time Off

Responsibilities:
• Ability to communicate professional telephone etiquette at all times.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and a busy office environment independently.
• Presents in a professional manner in the community, in person, on telephone and in written communication including times of extreme stress and when others are upset.
• Works effectively with culturally diverse groups and individuals experiencing an exacerbation of either psychiatric, substance use and/or medical symptoms, as well as experiencing a stressful situation.
• Assumes a professional, helpful style in all encounters with visitors, vendors and other professionals and represents the company in a positive manner 100% of the time.
• Reviews and responds to electronic and handwritten mail, memoranda and other correspondence and responds to phone inquiries timely (within 24-hours or next available business day) and in a professional manner.
• Ability to understand and comply with all Chrysalis Health policies and procedures.
• Presents in a professional manner in the community, in person, on telephone and in written communication including times of extreme stress and when others are upset.
• Works effectively with culturally diverse groups and individuals experiencing an exacerbation of either psychiatric, substance use and/or medical symptoms, as well as experiencing a stressful situation.
• Works cooperatively in the work environment and takes direction from management with dignity, respect and in a productive, professional manner.
• Assumes a professional, helpful style in all encounters with visitors, vendors and other professionals and represents Chrysalis Health in a positive manner 100% of the time.
• Consistently demonstrates an understanding of, supports, and focuses on the vision, mission, goals and objectives of Chrysalis Health in day-to-day activities.
• Accepts other special projects as assigned.
• Ability to utilize HRIS system for payroll and evaluations.
• Carries out special assignments as directed at time of a hurricane, natural disaster, or pandemic.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of one-year Required. Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Administrative Assistant or administrative assistant experience; preferably in a health care setting
• Strong organizational skills
• Must successfully complete all criminal background checks annually.
• Must provide documentation of a valid applicable Ohio driver’s license and proof of insurance which must be maintained throughout tenure in the amount of at least $10,000/$20,000/$10,000 for liability limits.
• Must maintain a safe driving record with no more than 6 points on motor vehicle report (MVR).
• Must maintain training requirements annually.
• Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in a medical office environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Computer literate and proficiency to Internet, online applications and email.
