Administrative Assistant (6 months contract (Renewable))

Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm

Some of the things you’ll be doing:
• Providing general administrative support to team members from Corporate Legal Solutions Division including:-
o scanning, typing, uploading and updating information and documents to internal database and system
o redirecting mails to external parties by email
o filing hard copy of documents to file and coordinating the godown services to team members
• Assist on project in relation to data management such as entering, reviewing and updating database accuracy
• Other ad hoc administration tasks that may be required such as collection of mail from post office, arranging for courier, distribution of facsimile, answering doll bell and general hotline, etc.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
• Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office, Viewpoint and other systems
• Have basic knowledge about corporate services
• The ability to handle and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
• Mature with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner, proactive, attention to detail and be flexible on handling different tasks
• Able to communicate with the team in English and Cantonese
