Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.Assist with data entry, record keeping, and filing systems.Handle confidential information with discretion.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.Qualifications:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00
