Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.Assist with data entry, record keeping, and filing systems.Handle confidential information with discretion.Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00
