Administrative Assistant - West BrooklynJob Description We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of our small, family-owned company that manufactures and distributes high-temperature adhesives. This is a new role that requires a proactive and organized individual to manage the CEO's calendar, correspondence, and special projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and extensive experience with Microsoft Office and Excel. Responsibilities + Manage the calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. + Maintain and update itineraries for internal meetings. + Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence. + Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed. + Prepare or assist with meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record minutes. + Follow up on action items resulting from meetings. + Prepare correspondence to internal team members and external clients/vendors as needed and directed. + Keep the CEO organized by proactively managing tasks and projects. Essential Skills + 2+ years of administrative assistant experience. + Strong communication skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with calendar management, administrative support, and executive-level support. + Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other calendaring tools. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
