CVP subsidiary Titan-Auxo, LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) operations. This role will provide crucial administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the CMOP facility.

 

Location: 2962 South Longhorn Drive, Lancaster, TX 75134.

 

Hours of Operation and Available Shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:30 and 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation softwareFile and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reportsGreet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individualsSchedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for supervisors and managersPrepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetingsRecord, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetingsConduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and boards of directorsAttend meetings to record minutesManage and maintain executives' schedulesMake travel arrangements for staff membersConduct general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping workProvide information to callers about the organization's activities, products, and personnelOperate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications Qualifications High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) requiredMinimum of 6 years of experience in administrative support rolesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and accuracy in work productDiscretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive informationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with office management systems and proceduresTyping proficiency – minimum 45 words per minute

Additional Requirements:

U.S. citizenship required for a federal background checkAbility to obtain and maintain a government security clearanceMust be able to understand how to perform basic mathematical calculationsMust read, understand, speak, and write English fluently
