About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Employee Benefits consulting team. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless execution of various administrative tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.
What You’ll Do
Act as the primary point of contact for administrative matters for the employee benefits consulting team.
Ensure the timely and accurate preparation, processing, and tracking of client invoices.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist in the organization and preparation of client deliverables, including benefit renewal packages and analytical reports.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documentation for the team.
Coordinate and schedule internal team meetings, take minutes, and track follow-ups.
Oversee all incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and ensuring timely delivery.
Coordinate with courier services and manage any special mailing requirements.
Perform receptionist duties and manage office operations, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and maintaining a professional and organized office environment.
Oversee the maintenance and functionality of office facilities.
Ensure the office environment is safe, clean, and conducive to productivity.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution of special projects and events.
Additional duties as required.
What You’ll Need for Success
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and task management.
