Responsible for assisting and coordinating all activities and responsibilities for the department's leadership team, Including Director, Manager and Supervisor. Provides project and administrative support for department programs and patient and programmatic activities. Responsible for assisting and coordinating daily activities including scheduling and maintaining calendar, preparing correspondence, record and transcribe meeting minutes and handles mail as appropriate. Maintains files and conducts special projects as assigned.
