Temp-to-Hire position$23.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)Update and maintain safety regulations and field documentation.Assist with dispatching and coordinate field schedules.Process new hire and re-hire documents for field employees.Distribute equipment, apparel, and field reports to employees.Run and process Certified Payroll Reports in MyProjects Software weekly.Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 2 years of experience in clerical or administrative duties.Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Bilingual in Spanish preferred.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
