The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of Systems Planning and Analysis Inc.’s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. SPA has a near term need for an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities Provide executive-level support for senior leadership, including preparing briefings, data, and preparatory materials for senior-level meetings.Develop and manage a monthly roadmap and annual strategy for leadership engagements, aligning with strategic guidance and organizational goals.Draft and edit executive correspondence, synthesizing information into polished, accurate, and timely deliverables for leadership.Create and maintain directorate-level reports, communications, and business documentation such as overviews, year-in-review summaries, and activity reports.Coordinate and facilitate leadership engagements, including meetings, technical reviews, design reviews, forums, and protocol events.Manage task tracking and formal actions through enterprise systems, ensuring responses adhere to organizational standards and are completed on time. QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
Active TS/SCIAbility to sit for, and pass, a CI Polygraph Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support in government, military, or large-scale corporate settingsProven ability to create high-quality documentation and presentations tailored todiverse audiencesDemonstrated experience managing task-tracking systems and synthesizing complex information for executive audiences
Desired Qualifications:
