Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle a variety of tasks including answering phones, creating messages for the CEO, assisting with shipments and couriers to job sites, faxing and scanning documents, copying documents, and maintaining office cleanliness. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for ordering supplies for all departments and helping with planning office parties.

This position is based at the front desk and requires being in the office five days a week. The work environment offers a smaller business feel backed by a larger company, leading the industry in customer service and employee-rated meetings. The company provides food for the team every other week and offers flexible in-and-out times. There is a potential for permanent employment, and the CEO works from the same office, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00
