Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a high-profile role working on cutting-edge technology projects, including those in collaboration with the US Military. The position requires an individual who is highly organized, able to manage multiple calendars, and adept at handling various administrative tasks.

ResponsibilitiesProvide calendar management for up to two managers.Support the team with headcount management, budget, morale events, and alias management for a team of 100 Engineers, Product Managers, and Art and Design professionals.Plan morale events, coordinate catering orders, and manage hardware refresh.Coordinate travel arrangements and manage department financial operations.Organize meetings and events, including coordinating all necessary logistics.Complete special projects as assigned.Essential SkillsMinimum 3 years of administrative and/or business support experience in a large, fast-paced professional office environment.Minimum 3 years of experience with calendar management.Minimum 1 year of experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a customer service environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events and travel management.Previous military experience is a plus.Ability to meet security screening requirements, including passing a background check upon hire and every two years thereafter.U.S. citizenship or legal permanent resident status is required due to contractual limitations and ITAR obligations.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00
