Administrative Assistant
**Administrative Assistant I** **Shift:** 7am - 3pm (M - F) **Pay range:** 20.78/h **Primary Responsibilities:** + **LMS Management** : Oversee the Learning Management System, including handling training requests/changes, assignments, and running reports. + **Tracking OJT Hours** : Monitor and document On-the-Job Training (OJT) hours for up to 75+ apprentices and probationary employees. + **Documentation** : Maintain records for apprentice reviews, mobile equipment training, and OJT forms. + **Training Coordination** : Create and maintain training schedules, and confirm availability of maintenance instructors for onboarding. + **PowerPoint Editing** : Edit and update PowerPoint presentations quarterly. + **Help Desk Support** : Manage LMS Help Desk issues. **Skills and Qualifications:** + **Experience** : + Minimum 2 years of experience with a focus on organization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail (5+ years preferred). + Experience with LMS or Access Database is a plus. + **Software Skills** : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + **Communication** : Must be able to speak, read, and write in English. + **Education** : + Minimum: High School Diploma or GED. + Preferred: Associate’s degree in Business or Human Resources. **Required Skills:** + Help Desk + Excel + Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + Microsoft Access + Maintenance support + Human Resources knowledge If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
