What you will do in this role:

Record, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails. Prepare agendas and schedule for meetings.Maintain Medical Staff Credentialing files.Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Education: Associates degree in Office Administration preferred or a combination of education and relevant work experience. Experience:Previous administrative support, clerical, and customer service experience preferred.Additional Requirements:May be required to work flexible hours and overtime. Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs.
