All while understanding that together we are even better. **Schedule:** Full Time **Shift:** Monday-Friday 8am-5pm **Location:** 600 Courtland St. Suite 200 Orlando, FL 32804 **The community you’ll be caring for:** AdventHealth Sports Medicine & Rehab patients **The role you’ll contribute:** When you join our team of over 40 Outpatient Clinics across Central Florida, you will be part of a winning team of experts dedicated to whole-person care to help our patients heal, strengthen and renew. We serve patientsin the Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Polk, Volusia, Flagler and Lake Counties with a dedicated Team of therapists, cliniciansand staffwilling to carry on AdventHealth’s mission in the communities we serve. Under the direct supervision of the department manager or assistant director, this position provides administrative support and general secretarial services. Responsibilities may include document preparation and distribution, arranging meetings, scheduling, generating reports, greeting visitors, and maintaining files. This position requires the use of some independent judgement and appropriate handling of confidential information. Role may handle multiple projects. **The value you’ll bring to the team:** + Answers, evaluates, and appropriately responds to phone calls, correspondence, electronic mail, visits and other inquiries + Provides clerical/administrative support, relaying messages, arranging appointments and filing + Creates documents, files, prepares correspondence, and produces copies + Prepares, edits and distributes reports, agendas, letters, meeting minutes, and other documents + Performs other duties as assigned **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:** **Minimum qualifications:** + High School Grad or GED **Preferred qualifications:** + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Power Point) + Knowledge with conference room set-up, projector connection, microphones. + Organized and able to help others be organized This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
