What you will do as an Administrative Assistant:Welcome and direct visitors in-person or on the phone, issue and control visitor badges and control entry to the facility from the main entrance
Issue and distribute PPE, safety shoes, uniforms and safety vests to visitors and employees
Communicate in a courteous and professional manner, providing timely and accurate responses and service-oriented offers of assistance
Assist Sales Representatives by maintaining sales files, provide Customers with information and materials. Communicate verbally and in writing directly with Customers
Perform data entry for Customer invoicing
Collect and maintain account receivables and accounts payable records
Provide record management
Assist in maintaining office support by performing other office functions
How you will learn your role:Review work instructions along with vital policies and procedures
Take part in on-the-job training, overseen by your Hiring Manager
Demonstrate ability to meet the requirements of the job
The Experience, Skills, and Abilities Needed:Required:
High School Diploma or GEDShow a minimum of 2 years experience in clerical, accounting or similar positions
Show a minimum 6 months experience in the use of spreadsheets and word processing applications.
Preferred:
Invoicing Experience Experience using Oracle, Payroll (Kronos) or similar systemsCondition of employment:

Pay range for this opportunity is $16.11 - $22.46.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
