CACI, Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant to fill a position which supports the Office of Mission Over Compliance (MOC). MOC is the Agency’s program manager for its Intelligence Oversight, Privacy/Civil Liberties, and E.O. 12333 Section 2.3 Procedures Programs which enables the Agency to conduct authorized missions in accordance with Federal law and policy protecting privacy rights and civil liberties. In addition, MOC manages a comprehensive in program to validate and enhance IO and Privacy procedures throughout the Agency.
 

The Administrative Assistant is assigned to MOC’s Program Management Office (PMO). The PMO is one of four elements within the office. The PMO sets, maintains, and ensures standards for project management by directing project ac tracking project status, and applying best practices within the project management framework. This position supports MOC in managing standard business processes to achieve consistent outcomes.
 

The selected candidate will be expected to:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s tasking management system, to include: managing internal workflows; providing customer support; and reporting of matrices within the tasking system.

Serve as the primary coordinator for the client’s records management system. Will provide establishing and maintaining relationships, providing guidance, and maintaining agency and NARA compliance.

Facilitate weekly all-hands meetings and be responsible for after-action scheduling and calendar maintenance.

Consolidate and organize information from MOC personnel into a weekly activity report and forward to executive level leaders for review and comment. Responsible for clear communication and thorough follow-up.

Update and draft new standard operating procedures and directives.

Maintain office supplies, place orders when required, verify receipt of orders, and deliver supplies.

Facilitate onboarding for new personnel.
 

Requirements:

Active top-secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Bachelor’s degree with applicable administrative experience.

Seven years’ applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Experience with a tasking management platform.

Effective and professional communication skills.

Professional appearance and attitude.

Extensive customer service experience.
 

Desired Requirements:

Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

Experience supporting NGA’s tasking management platform.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$71,500 - $150,200
