Description
JOB DUTIES:
•\tCreates sales orders, issues purchase orders, creates packing slips, maintains customer files, and issues invoices in a timely manner
•\tTracks orders, schedules product delivery, provides inventory management, and additional administrative functions as necessary
•\tCommunicate effectively with vendors to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner and follows-up as necessary
•\tWorks in a team environment corresponding with multiple departments in the coordination of sales transactions
•\tReceive incoming shipments and label appropriately
•\tMaintain used/rental battery and charger list
•\tMaintains scrap log and requests scrap pick up
•\tMaintains Preventative Maintenance log and schedules future PMs with customers
•\tMaintains New Order log

Additional Skills & Qualifications
MUST HAVES:
- 2 years of experience working in Automotive industry. (Autoparts receptionist)
- 2 years of Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience
- Invoice and PO experience
- Strong Communication Skills
- Customer Communications skills
-Willingness to get hands dirty
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00
