Responsibilities1. ReceptionResponsible for giving a positive and professional first impression of Kalman Manufacturing, Inc. to all visitors, guests, vendors, customers, and the public.Supply general information regarding the organization to visitors.Direct visitors to the appropriate resource and notify company personnel of their arrival.Maintain the phone system in a professional and timely manner.2. Office EnvironmentResponsible for office supplies and their procurement.Maintain a safe, organized, and clean reception and main office area.Receive, open, sort, and distribute mail.Distribute company documents and notices (holiday schedules, payroll checks, etc.).Maintain and organize office files.Update the company calendar.Help manage vendors for general office equipment (printers, etc.).3. Customer ServiceAssist the customer service/planning manager with tasks as appropriate, such as:Scanning, closing, and filing work order information.Preparing repetitive quotes.Generating periodic reports for scrap rate, inventory levels, etc.4. Accounts Receivable and Accounts PayableProcess incoming and outgoing invoices.Other Duties

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00
