Our client, an investment firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm and this position is in the office five days a week.

Responsibilities:

Schedule meetings and calendars for team membersBook travel itinerariesSubmit and manage expensesHelp with marketing efforts and handle meeting materialsCoordinate travel plans including flights, accommodation, and transportMake reservations and perform ad hoc dutiesPerform basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks

Qualifications:

1 + years of legal administrative experience or 3+ of other administrative experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and AsanaExperience scheduling across different time zones a plusDetail oriented and organized

Compensation/Benefits:
