Benefits & Perks:Immediate temporary to-hire opportunityMonday to Friday, regular office hours are 8 am to 5 pm Convenient downtown locationOpportunity for growth Responsibilities:Provide professional and courteous greetings to visitors, guests, and staffReception, answering, screening, and directing calls, taking and relaying detailed messages Handling inquiries from the public and customers Calendar management and booking meeting rooms as required Provide administrative support to employees and the management team as needed, including arranging for and booking travel as required Processing monthly expense reportsOrdering office supplies Keeping the office area tidy and presentableQualifications:3 plus years of Reception/Administrative experience in a professional corporate setting Post-secondary education preferred A combination of education and experience will be considered Excellent customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team, prioritize tasks as required Professional approach and positive attitude Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
