Our client, an investment firm in Greenwich, CT, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to their Finance/Accounting team. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office with two days remote.

Responsibilities:

Manage Outlooks calendars for a teamUse Concur to process expense reportsBook travel itineraries including cars, hotels, and flightsHandle mail and phone linesTrack payments, wires, client contacts and inventory

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred0-3+ years of experience supporting senior executivesSkilled in ExcelAbility to be a team playerExcellent organizational skillsFamiliarity with bookkeeping/accounting is a plus

Compensation/Benefits:
