Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and friendly candidate to fill the full-time administrative assistant position. This role assists the staff by performing a variety of administrative tasks including word processing, bill handling, maintaining office supplies and correspondence. The administrative assistant also coordinates and maintains the shipping schedule with the production supervisors.

Responsibilities:Set up shipping schedules.Answer inquiries regarding job entries, quote submissions, and invoice discrepancies.Prepare shipments for billing and handle general filing.Work with the Production department daily to convey customer needs and actively participate in daily production meetings.Answer phones and emails to provide status updates.Additional Skills & Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent1+ year of administrative experienceExcellent communication skillsWork Environment:

The work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM on Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
