Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job DescriptionAnswering and directing phone calls, handling correspondence, and greeting visitors.Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents.Maintaining filing systems, ordering office supplies, and managing office equipment.Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, bookkeeping, and managing databases.Skills and Qualifications:Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office management systems and software, such as MS Office.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.Essential SkillsMust be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize projects.Excellent customer service in face-to-face, telephone, or electronic interaction with clients or co-workers.Good language and communication skills.Strong computer skills required.Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and must possess strong Excel skills.Comfortable with software installation and troubleshooting.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh attention to detail is a mustAble to work in a professional office environment as a team player.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
