Our client, an investment, development, and operations company, is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support their NYC office. The hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm with an hour for lunch, five days in their office.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and manage phone linesSchedule conference room calendars and coordinate office events and internal meetingsAct as a liaison with vendors and building managementMonitor printers, pantry, and petty cashSubmit invoices, perform data entry, and manage correspondence and presentationsAd hoc duties as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required2+ years of office experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience booking travelSkilled in Microsoft Office, Concur and Adobe Acrobat

Compensation/Benefits:
