Position Purpose:

Ensures administrative assistance and support to the operationalization of several Stericycle services.

Key Job Activities:

Schedule the technical services with customers.

Preparation of specific documents for each intervention.

Register technical proceedings, transportation manifests, equipment and relevant information (e.g. reports sending and process conclusion) in the operational files and software.

Sending technical reports by e-mail to the customers

Customer support (including response to complaints) about the services provided

Booking travel and accommodation for team members.

Organize and archive visit documents.

Management of entities/customers and people controlled in the operational software.

Organise the sending/collection of dosimeters with the customers.

Sending dose reports to the customers following the specific procedure.

Prepare and register key performance indicators, records and reports for managers.

Prepare routes and scheduling of Shred-it services.

Editing quantities of confidential customer material (paper and media) collected.

Sending shredding certificates by e-mail to the customers.

Prepare and register key performance indicators, records and reports for managers.

Support in the management and maintenance of Shred-it vehicles, contacting with suppliers.

Assist administrative plant management with the registration, communication, information archiving and other administrative tasks inherent to the plant.

Education: Required Education: in 12.º ANO (ensino secundário)Experience (North America & LATAM):

Required Education:  High School or equivalent

Experience (EMEAA):

Preferred Experience:   Good knowledge & understanding.

Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel.

Driver’s license.

Proficient with computer systems and utilizing company computer system.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Professional manner and strong ethical code.

Excellent business communication skills required.

Excellent collaboration skills required.

Excellent follow-up skills are essential for timely, consistent follow-up with customers.

Temperament to work in a multi-task, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, with a proven record of success.

Maintain a high level of professionalism while working with customers.

Must be accountable and be able to work with minimal supervision.
