Job Description
Provide administrative support to the manager by handling day-to-day tasks, including printing, tracking UAT testing results, managing CD archives, shipping items, and handling additional administrative tasks as needed. After 2-3 months, the role will expand to include responsibilities for covering a maternity leave.
ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the manager on day-to-day tasksPrint W0-2/ACA print stream paperwork and sleeve jobs with live file listingsMonitor and track UAT testing results using ExcelReview CD archives, open and check each one with a CD disk drive readerGather and ship all items going out to clients daily using shipping reports by CE teamEnter tracking numbers and shipping costs back into the system dailyAssist and balance postage in print stream for invoices (this will occur in Feb/March)File, fax, and scan all necessary documents to the correct managers promptlyHandle additional admin tasks as needed or requestedDay-to-day client communicationAttend daily standup team meetingsReceive data instructions and project specs, converting them into instructions for the operations teamMonitor inventory, communicate replenishments, and work on reorders with procurementAct as a liaison between procurement, customer service, and print center teamsResearch client requests, identify errors, make corrections as needed, and find resolutions for customersAssist with any reporting needed for internal team and customers, and respond in a timely manner to internal and external teamsHandle any other tasks provided by the managerEssential SkillsData entryAdministrative supportExcel proficiencyOutlook proficiency2+ years of administrative support experience2+ years of data entry support experienceComputer proficiency in tracking and reportingAdditional Skills & Qualifications2-7 years of relevant experienceBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredManufacturing experience preferredWork Environment
This position is onsite for 5 days a week with business casual attire. Standard hours are 8am to 5pm, but there is flexibility with start times ranging from as early as 7am to as late as 9am, ensuring an 8-hour workday. The company offers a small company feel with the backing of a larger organization, promoting a family-like atmosphere. Benefits include BCBS once/if permanent.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
