Administrative Assistant

Our client, a large logistics company in San Diego, CA is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.Accurately enter customer information, orders, and transactions into the company database.Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other departments.Process invoices, payments, and other billing-related tasks.Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and general office support.

Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.2 years of experience in an office setting.Experience with filing and billing procedures.Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Pay and Shift:

Monday - Friday12:00 PM - 9:00 PM$19.00 - $21.00
