Key Responsibilities:
Communication and Correspondence
Manage phone calls, emails, and mailRespond to routine inquiries and resolve issuesPrepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentsScheduling and Organization
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangementsMaintain calendars, schedules, and task listsOrganize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digitalData Entry and Record-Keeping
Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systemsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records and databasesPerform data analysis and provide insights as neededOffice Management
Order supplies, manage inventory, and maintain the office environmentCoordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operationsImplement and maintain administrative processes and proceduresFinancial Management
Manage budgets, expenses, and invoicesProcess payments, reconcile accounts, and perform basic bookkeeping tasksPrepare financial reports and statements as neededEvent Planning and Coordination
Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferencesArrange catering, accommodations, and other logistical detailsEnsure timely and successful execution of eventsSpecial Projects and Tasks
Assist with special projects, such as research, data analysis, and presentationsPerform other administrative tasks as assigned by managementOverall, administrative assistants must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is required;An associate’s or bachelor's degree in an applicable field such as human resources or social services from an accredited institution is preferred.One to three years of experience providing clerical/administrative support or otherapplicable experience is preferred.Advanced skills in computing, including the use of databases, web browsers, emailinterfaces, and MS Office products is highly desirable.Additional Qualifications:
