- Schedule meetings, create agendas, and record meeting minutes

- Edit and proofread documents and reports

- Distribute procurement documentation to bidders and vendors

- Scan and index documents

- Serve as collection person for bids and proposals

Requirements:

- 2+ years of administrative assistant experience

- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency including Excel

- High attention to detail and organizational skills

- High School Diploma or GED required
