Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an **Administrative Assistant** job opportunity located in New Port Richey, FL 34654 zip code.
**Pay rate: $** **20.00/HR**
**Shift: Mon – Fri 6:30am – 3:00pm**
**Length: 6 months (potential temp – perm)**
**Job Duties:**
+ Projects as assigned
+ Provide confidential and administrative support to executive schedules/calendars
+ Make travel and lodging arrangements for both domestic and international travel as requested
+ Meeting logistics for Marketing, POC IT, Training, Finance and Service Teams
+ Provide logistics for event planning, both small and large groups, both on-site and off-site related to needs of direct reports and their staff
+ Provide Card expense reconciliation for VP, Marketing
+ Active partner with Sales in the planning, setups, and running of the Annual National Meeting
+ Assist in arrangements of National Shows (AACC, AARC, etc.)
+ Assist with Regional Show banner orders and literature requests
+ Literature stocking and ordering
+ Shipping requests / includes back-office requests as needed
+ Check requests / Purchase Orders
+ Setup and coordinate hotel arrangements, meeting rooms, and F/B for different General Support
+ User Testing: Responsible for meeting coordination and logistics
+ Vendor screening (forms/approvals)
+ Liaison to Facilities
+ Gift/flower orders for life events
+ Engagement Committee team member
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Proficient with Microsoft applications and various software packages including but not limited to Excel and Outlook
+ Excellent problem solving and analytic skills
+ Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
+ Must be organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, attentive to deadlines and a team player
+ Ability to prepare concise and accurate reports
+ Ability to precisely follow instructions
+ Aptitude for learning new programs and processes
+ Knowledge of Salesforce software and administrative experience is a plus

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
